I was pleasantly surprised the other day to find WFMU Crapola Central,
where they sell tons of WFMU stuff, including the WFMU live CD comps that I’d assumed were long since out-of-print, and
therefore impossible to get. Not so:

And I was very saddened to learn that the Khyber Club, a true Halifax NS
institution, closed
its doors on January 15th. It really was a great lil’ place, and I’ll never forget the graciousness of Khyber Craig, who
didn’t mind plopping down on the sofa and spending his whole afternoon swapping stories with the 3 random Yanks who just happened
