Ghosts, Streams, 10-4, and Etc.
I mention it from time to time, but DANG– AOL Spinner’s Full New Release Album Streams feature is pretty darn great. Tune in now and you can check out some really cool stuff, including Yeltsin’s Pershing and Jason Anderson’s The Hopeful & The Unafraid.
Daytrotter has a new session up today featuring the splendid pop of Kelley Stoltz. Kelley’s on tour right now supporting the Dirtbombs, but he does have a headlining gig tomorrow night (April 9) at Union Hall (which recently lifted its stroller ban, after much Park Slope Mommy complaining).
There’s a lovely interview with Mathew Sawyer & The Ghosts just posted at NZ’s Bullet Mag, go check it out. Not only is Mathew currently finishing up the second MS & The Ghosts album, he’s also working a children’s album, which sounds to me like a brilliant idea.
And hey, we do still have copies of CBR 008, Mathew Sawyer & The Ghosts Blue Birds Blood, available, you know.
Do you, like me, ever get sick of spinning of Eastbound and Down or Convoy and just *ache* for something new to add to your Mid-70’s CB-Centric Getdown Playlist? Dude, you need Hummin’ Cummins. Don’t worry, SFW.
La Blogotheque a commencé une nouvelle fonction, “Les Piticlips,” qui présentera des vidéos d’animation différentes chansons. La première est pour Piticlip Tap Tap’s classique “100.000 Pensées.”
