Argh! Gatefold sucks. I’d have paid at least ten more dollars not to deal with that. At least I can have Bejar haunting my turntable now

[...] the catbirdseat wrote about this a month ago, but i missed it until this morning. nominal records has reissued destroyer’s city of daughters and thief as a double lp set in a gatefold printed with both sets of cover art. being the first chance many of us have had to pick up either of these albums on vinyl for a reasonable price would have been enough, but there’s actually another big incentive to pick up the reprint… thief has been remixed by dan and the guys at jc/dc studios and is now available in stereo for the first time. both albums have also been remastered. and thief remains the pinnacle of destroyer cover art.
