I’ve got this chunk of audio rips from the Good Shoes Myspace that have been steadily growing on me for the past 3 or 4 months. And now they’ve got their upcoming single “All In My Head” streaming, and dammit if that one isn’t great too. It comes out on July 24th as 2 different limited-edition 7-inches and/or CD. But that’s UK only, and because of the horrendous exchange rate, if you want it, you’re gonna be paying about 8 bucks, *plus* shipping, for just one of those. You’d have to be an idiot. Hey, did you know that Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin is playing a sort of “Siren Afterparty” show, along with a few other bands, at the Mercury Lounge on July 15th? And then on the 16th, they’re playing a show at Maxwell’s with the undisputed kings of blog-hype, Tapes N’ Tapes. That show is sold out, but if yain’t got a ticket, hey, that’s not the only show in town that night, you know. I shall elaborate next week.
